Steven Chin

Steven Chin is the proprietor and chief physiotherapist of the Rosedale Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Center.

  • Graduated with honours from Queen's University in 1984 (Bsc.P.T.)
  • Graduated from McGill University with a Msc. (Rehabilitation Science, 1994).
  • At McGill, Steven's area of study was pain management.
  • Worked as a staff physiotherapist in several of the major hospitals and has lectured on acupuncture and pain.
  • In 1990, Steven complete an intensive course in Nanjing, China, with a scholarship from the Province of Ontario.  This further enhanced his skills as a therapist and pain specialist.

 

Throughout his career, Steven has maintained a keen interest in continuing his professional education, and to that end, has taken many therapy, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.

Steven is a dedicated sports enthusiast, has been a tennis instructor, and has participated and won a gold medal in the Ontario Games of 1984.

Despite his very active professional life, Steven takes pride in the fact that he is very much a family man who has the compassion to really care.
